But to give one back, on the upper left side of my profile you see an AVATAR......under it says.......Kudos and then a number at the moment mine is 816....you just click on the WORD KUDOS and up pops a window......you can add a comment or not......depends on you. But my clicking that.....you give the person another KUDO.....I think it's like a "VOTE" for the work they have done. Just a way to let them know you like it.... 11/05/07
